According to the official site of AMD, The Ryzen 4000 G-series Processors are expected to be available in certain systems From OEM partners like LENOVO and HP. The new Ryzen 4000 will be based on a 7nm+ manufacturing process. This could potentially boost clock speed high enough to overtake intel 10th gen processors. Also, AMD has announced that 4000 series Cpu will be supported by X570 and B550 motherboards. AMD's CEO Devinder Kumar has announced that the manufacturing process is on the way to launch its new 4th gen in late 2020.
There is no chance that intel can come on AMD's way after its 4th gen processor but still, intel has got the advantage in terms of Gaming and cooling. AMD users face the same problem that is overheating. However, the liquid cooler will give better cooling to your Ryzen CPU but many people prefer to use the stock cooler that comes with the CPU I hope They will provide a better stock cooler in their next CPU.

If we talk about the Ryzen processor for Desktops we haven't got the official release date of it, however, it is confirmed that it will be released for desktops too. Here is the trailer of the new 4000g processor-
In the official announcement, we can clearly see the processor for the laptops but it hasn't shown any for desktops.
AMD Ryzen 4000s release date
AMD's Ceo Lisa Su has only revealed the Ryzen 4000 processors for laptops at CES 2020. AMD CEO Lisa Su unveiled the AMD Ryzen 4000 processors for laptops at CES 2020. before their release.
Now, these microchips are called in the wild and powering a replacement generation of thin and lightweight laptops that provides incredible performance and impressively long and healthy battery life. some newly released newly-released Asus Zephyrus G14 laptop is leading that charge, and that we should start seeing more laptops having a better performance with AMD Ryzen 4000 processors across both mini ultraportables and gaming laptops.
As for the subsequent generations of Ryzen processors for desktops, AMD just released a short announcement video on October 8. Whether or not that’s just a launch date or the chips will hit the markets then remains to be seen. However, it does confirm a newer rumor that means they're set to travel on sale in October 2020, alongside the latest RDNA 2 graphics cards.
MD Ryzen 4000 price.
As far because the laptop's AMD chips, the costs of the processors themselves aren't relevant to most of the peoples, though laptop manufacturers will change the worth and repackage them. Still, we'll probably get to see the prices increase over the last generation of AMD laptops, we should thank the very fact that AMD's processors are going to be beyond flagship-class laptops just like the upcoming laptops' like Lenovo Yoga Slim 7.
We'll probably see Ryzen 3 laptops starting around the $600 mark, with laptops rocking the Ryzen 7 4800H or 4800U hitting the premium market above 800$ to $1,000. However, we will be in touch more specifically with our speculation on the desktop lineups.
AMD Ryzen 3rd Generation saw higher prices than the Ryzen 2000s series, largely thanks to the introduction of Ryzen 9 processors with up to 16 cores and 32 threads. However, the Ryzen 7 3700X did launch at an equivalent $329 price point because of the Ryzen 7 2700X that came earlier.
AMD Ryzen 4000 specs
At this moment, we all know the foremost about the AMD Ryzen 4000 mobile phone arrangement, so that's the place we will begin. These are going to be the primary 7nm processors to form their thanks to laptops, and thereupon, they carry some huge benefits.
The greatest of these is, much the same as Ryzen 3000 work area before it, core counts. Even with ultraportable laptops, which have previously been limited to 4 core/8 thread configurations, you're getting 8 cores and 16 threads.
This is an enormous improvement, and despite the fact that clock speeds are restricted to 4.2GHz - or somewhat higher with 25W setups – clients should see gigantic increases in efficiency outstanding burdens. On the off chance that ongoing breaks are any sign, AMD Ryzen 4000 portable chips truly won't be much more slowly than the work area processors
In any case, what's odd is that solitary each other SKU has hyperthreading. for instance, the AMD Ryzen 7 4700U has 8 cores and eight threads, whereas the 4800U has 8 cores and 16 threads. Both of the announced H-Series chips for mobile have hyper-threading nonetheless, alongside higher base clock speeds.
Here are some collected specs of the new AMD Ryzen 4000:-
